About the Role

As a key member of our Housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our public spaces. This includes indoor and outdoor areas, such as pools, gyms, and shared bathrooms. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain all public spaces to meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Ensure that all equipment and chemicals are used safely and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and requests in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and complete tasks
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a cleaning or hospitality role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, welcoming attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively, managing time well and taking pride in your work
  • Adaptability and physical fitness to work in internal and external environments, including staircases and uncovered areas
