The Orange Door is seeking a dedicated Child Wellbeing Practitioner to join their team in Kyneton.

As a key member of the integrated team, you will provide specialist support to children and young people who are experiencing or have experienced family violence.

You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop strategies for risk reduction, and provide ongoing support to ensure their safety and well-being.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Early Childhood Specialist, or related behavioural sciences
  • Substantial experience working with children and families, particularly in areas related to family violence
  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and its application in a family violence context
