- An Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or an Australian permanent residency.

**Application Process**:

- **Online Assessment **For your online assessment, you'll complete activities designed to test & challenge your ability to solve problems, consult with our clients & have the confidence to know you're ready for our Academy. This should take around 30 minutes to complete. Assessments can be scary, but don't worry, as we've designed this in a way that having experience in data is completely irrelevant, allowing you to primarily focus on your problem solving & people skills.
- **Final Interview** The final part of our hiring process is an interview with your Academy Trainer & Recruitment Consultant. This is a two-way process - so come prepared with some questions to ask whilst you have this time to find out anything more about the program
- **Academy Training **Our 12-week training program, facilitated by industry experts, allows you to go from 0 knowledge and skills in data, to an extremely confident, highly skilled consultant, with the tools required to help our clients on their digital transformation journey.
- **Employment** After successfully completing & graduating our academy, you will be working with some of the country's leading organisations, helping them solve complex data challenges. This is no entry level data job, the technical and consulting skills learned at the academy, will open a world of more challenging, complex & exciting data projects.
