Located within commuting distance of both Bundaberg and Agnes Water, Lowmead offers the benefits of regional living with access to coastal and urban amenities.About The RoleAs the Principal, you will lead a multi-age primary setting with a State Delivered Kindergarten program.This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on teaching, staff capability building, and community engagement.
With 12 students, maintaining an excellent student-to-teacher ratio of 1:5, you will work closely with staff and families to create a safe, inclusive, and high-expectation learning environment that supports every child to succeed.
