About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated field service professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, with experience in installing, qualifying, and maintaining complex equipment.

They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Performing installation, qualification, and preventative maintenance tasks on Cytiva's lab-scale and bioprocessing equipment.
  • Servicing digital and automation solutions, including UNICORN and OptiRun Connect.
  • Maintaining accurate service documentation and records.
  • Collaborating with teammates and technical experts to deliver exceptional service to customers.
  • Participating in revenue-generating activities such as contract renewals and sales lead generation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a field service or technical support role.
  • Strong hands-on technical skills, with proven experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and networking.
