Residential Installation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to schedule and manage all installation jobs from quotation to completion.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role as the customer's primary point of contact for all residential installation needs. Your expertise will be essential in efficiently planning schedules to align with customer specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage all installation jobs from quotation to completion
- Maintain constant contact with our tradesmen to coordinate, delegate and follow up on jobs
- Engage and inform customers about the status of their jobs
- Effectively manage customer queries and grievances
- Efficiently process large amounts of customer orders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, such as Scheduler or high-volume administration/customer service
- Qualifications in building and construction desirable but not essential
- Experience within building and construction, property management or manufacturing industries highly desirable
- Strong MS Office skills, including AroFlo and Deputy experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
