Human Resources Analyst Role
This is a vital position in our Human Resources team, responsible for delivering insightful data analysis and strategic recommendations to support informed decisions across people processes.
The successful candidate will ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data, labour cost analysis, and workforce monitoring and forecasting. They will also contribute to the development of automated reporting processes to effectively monitor HR data.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop systematic, accurate, and timely HR reports and dashboards, including regular headcount, FTE, vacancies, and labour cost reporting.
- Lead annual reporting activities, such as WGEA report support.
- Support workforce forecasting by partnering with HRBPs and Finance for accurate data-driven projections.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Oracle HCM and payroll systems, resolving discrepancies with the HR team.
- Contribute to the modelling and forecasting of headcount, FTE, labour, and HR costs.
- Collaborate on compensation and benefits programs with the Global HR Centre of Excellence.
- Support compensation analytics, salary benchmarking, and salary review analysis.
- Train the HR Team to use Oracle reporting tools.
- Build automated reporting tools to streamline data collection and distribution of key HR metrics.
- Manage employee benefits administration, address inquiries, and prepare ad-hoc reports for strategic initiatives.
- Assist with compliance and audit-related reporting, ensuring data aligns with policies and regulatory standards.
- Communicate findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR reporting practices and best practices implementation.
