- Listen to and address any feedback or concerns from patients and staff.
- Build strong relationships with key partners in the healthcare sector.
- Coordinate patient care, resolving any issues quickly and compassionately.
- Lead initiatives to ensure we maintain the highest standards of care.
- Help us navigate change and advancements in telehealth, keeping our team up-to-date and prepared.
- Develop and track key metrics to measure our success, focusing on patient satisfaction, clinician performance, and operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Solid experience in healthcare practice management.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams, especially remote ones.
- Are inquisitive and proactive, always seeking ways to improve systems, processes, and service quality.
- Love learning — whether that's new telehealth tech, regulatory changes, or insights from clinicians and patients.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, Medicare Benefits Scheme, and relevant regulations and best practices.
- Comfortable with technology and healthcare IT systems.
- Eager to learn and stay up-to-date with telehealth regulations in Australia.
Benefits:
- Employee mentorship and training opportunities.
- A supportive and collaborative work environment.
- The chance to make a real difference in mental health care.
Mandatory Experience:
- At least 3 years in a healthcare administrative role, with 1 year in a management or supervisory role.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in telehealth or remote healthcare.
- Familiarity with Halaxy Or Coviu.
- Ability to build relationships with other health professionals and engage in business development activities.
