This is a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to join a healthcare provider as their Practice Manager.

As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all personnel within the team and fostering a service of excellence, with patient care at the forefront of everything you do.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of medical centre operations and previous experience in leadership roles, with a proven track record of inspiring confidence in teams and driving business growth.

You will work closely with the Business Manager based in Sydney to manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and smooth administrative services that support superior patient care.

In this dynamic role, you will oversee workforce planning, rostering solutions, and provide general support in finance, budgets, billings, and expenses. Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships with stakeholders, and business acumen are essential for success in this position.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Microsoft Suite, scheduling software, and Best Practice Medical software. A drive to learn and develop in areas such as accounts support is also desirable.
