About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Duratec Australia. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating projects from construction through to completion, ensuring compliance with strict safety conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate projects to meet deadlines and budget requirements
  • Create and update project programs and cost reports
  • Ensure compliance with HSECQ requirements and industry standards
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to improve efficiency and productivity

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager who has a strong background in Defence projects, construction management, and project coordination. You will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams and projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High level of understanding and appreciation for safety and compliance
