Senior Clinical Nurse Leader

Clinical Nurse Specialists are highly skilled nurses who provide advanced care to patients in a variety of settings. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who want to take on new challenges and make a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve clinical goals
  • Mentor and educate junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with relevant post-registration qualifications
  • At least 3 years' experience working in a clinical setting
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and problem-solve to manage complex clinical needs
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with advanced interpersonal and problem-solving skills
