Job Title: People and Culture Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Generalist HR Business Partner to lead key initiatives in our dynamic organisation.

This is a unique opportunity to drive our people strategy by managing end-to-end hiring, owning our HRIS system, championing training and development, supporting talent management and advising senior leaders on workforce matters.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job ad creation, agency coordination, interviews, and offer finalisation.
  • Owning the HRIS system, ensuring seamless integration with HR processes, and providing support for customisation.
  • Identify learning needs, coordinate staff training initiatives, and build capability across the organisation.
  • Provide people analytics to inform decision-making and support talent management processes.
  • Advising senior leaders on performance, engagement, and employee relations.
