Rehabilitation Specialist

Konekt is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize specialist knowledge and skills to facilitate the return to meaningful employment of individuals who have sustained psychological injuries at work or personal challenges at home or in the community.
  • Make a tangible impact in the lives of those who require support and guidance in their journey back to work and life.
  • Support clients as they navigate their return-to-work goal through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services.
  • Mitigate the effects of injuries, illness and disability through the delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.
  • Assume responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work objective.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and foster strong relationships that drive successful partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC, AASW.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
