We are seeking skilled professionals to support individuals with illnesses, disabilities, or injuries to achieve their goals and live life to the fullest potential.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with clients, employers, medical, and allied health professionals to develop injury prevention and workplace education programs.

  • Case management, ensuring manageable caseloads and support from Rehabilitation Assistants;">
  • Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes;">
  • Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs;">
  • Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals;">
  • Working across various schemes such as workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs;">
  • Assisting those with an injury or health condition to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes;">
  • Completing assessments using clinical skills, including initial, workplace, and vocational assessments to review diagnosis, support treatment plans, address psychosocial barriers to employment, and identify suitable employment opportunities for workers who have sustained workplace injuries or injuries sustained from motor vehicle accidents.">

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences, or Rehabilitation Counselling;">
  • General or Provisional registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC);">
  • A current valid Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance.">
