Regulatory Compliance Experts Sought for Key Programs

Ignite Recruitment is seeking skilled Regulatory Compliance Officers to join our client's team in a vital role that contributes to maintaining the integrity of some of Australia's key programs. As a Compliance Officer, you will work on compliance tasks that underpin the department's commitment to program integrity and regulatory standards.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting compliance reviews, gathering evidence, and recommending findings. You will also take action to resolve compliance concerns, perform case management and related administrative tasks, and maintain accurate records in the case management system. Additionally, you will analyse data and documentation to support review findings and guide actions, engage with stakeholders via phone and written communications regarding compliance reviews, and draft compliance review reports, letters, internal briefings, and reporting documents as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting compliance reviews and gathering evidence to inform recommendations
  • Taking action to resolve compliance concerns and prevent future issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and performing case management tasks
  • Analysing data and documentation to support review findings and guide actions
  • Engaging with stakeholders through effective communication
  • Drafting compliance review reports and other documentation
Requirements
  • Experience in Compliance Officer, Regulatory Officer, or Case Management Officer roles
  • Prefer experience within a government environment
  • Strong investigative skills in a compliance environment
  • Ability to demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in making objective assessments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience preparing reports
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively and work independently within tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in liaising with diverse stakeholders

Salary Estimate
