About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and integrity of programs nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct compliance reviews, gather evidence, and recommend findings.
  • Take action to resolve compliance concerns.
  • Perform case management and related administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records in the case management system.
  • Analyse data and documentation to support review findings and guide actions.
  • Engage with stakeholders via phone and written communications regarding compliance reviews.
  • Draft compliance review reports, letters, internal briefings, and reporting documents as required.
  • Provide timely, accurate input to reports.
  • Assist in developing compliance plans to manage program risks.
Key Experience Required
  • Experience in Compliance Officer, Regulatory Officer, or Case Management Officer roles
  • Prefer experience within a government environment.
  • Strong investigative skills in a compliance environment
  • Can demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in making objective assessments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience preparing reports.
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively and work independently within tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in liaising with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability in handling compliance issues with professionalism.
What We Offer

The salary range for this position is approximately AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
