  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and documentation process for interior spaces, ensuring seamless client relationships and timely project delivery.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with education clients, shaping the design aspects of their projects.
  • Guide and mentor junior employees, fostering growth and excellence within the team.
  • Oversee daily client interactions, providing expert advice on project scope, fees, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project performance, reporting on progress and variations to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Lead multiple project teams, tracking performance and financials to drive business success.
  • Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar leadership position.
  • Relevant degree in Interior Design or Architecture, along with proficient presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong creative abilities, with the capacity to conceptualize and effectively communicate ideas.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
  • Proficiency in Revit, with commercial, residential, and hospitality experience preferred.
