Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced interior designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing commercial projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from initial stages to project delivery, working closely with senior team members to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Develop innovative design concepts, functional designs, and aesthetic developments for commercial spaces, taking into account current codes and regulations.
  • Plan and test fit spaces to meet client needs, collaborating with the design team to ensure seamless execution.
  • Create detailed models and documentation for client presentations and construction packages, effectively communicating design ideas.
  • Select furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) that meets lead times and budget requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections and surveys to gather existing layout, services audit, furniture, and storage information, ensuring accurate data collection.

This role requires strong presentation and visualisation skills to communicate design ideas effectively to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing commercial projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent design skills, including spatial planning, FF&E selection, and project coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Autodesk Revit and SketchUp.
