We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Interior Designer to join our studio in Sydney. This role is ideal for a designer who is passionate about creating timeless, textural spaces and has proven experience leading projects across multi-residential (Class 2) developments and hospitality.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the creative direction of projects while overseeing a team of designers.

What you'll be doing
  • Leading end-to-end design on residential (including Class 2 buildings) and hospitality projects
  • Running client presentations and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Overseeing concept development, detailed documentation, and design delivery
  • Coordinating with consultants, builders, and suppliers
  • Mentoring and managing a team of designers, delegating effectively while maintaining quality
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget
What we're looking for
  • 7+ years' professional experience in interior design
  • Proven experience in Class 2 residential developments and hospitality projects
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in Vectorworks, AutoCAD/ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for detail, materials, and creating thoughtful, cohesive interiors
