Grounds Team Manager for Sports Facilities

Job Summary
">- We are seeking a highly skilled Grounds Team Manager to oversee the maintenance, preparation, and renovation of turf surfaces at our premier elite training and playing facility.
About Our Facility
">- The 54-hectare site spans multiple sporting fields across various disciplines such as football, athletics, cricket, baseball, softball, and the Blacktown Disability Sports Centre.
Key Responsibilities
">- Deliver year-round maintenance and preparation of high-standard sporting field surfaces
- Provide leadership and direction to an experienced grounds team
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and best practices in sports turf management
Essential Qualifications and Experience
">- Certificate III in Horticulture (Turf) or Sports Turf Management
- Current class C driver's licence
- Proven experience and knowledge of high-standard sporting field preparation and other areas including common reserves and landscaping
