Job Description

We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee the maintenance of our sports facilities.

The successful candidate will assist in delivering year-round maintenance, preparation, and renovation of turf surfaces, ensuring high-quality results under pressure.

  • Certificate III in Horticulture (Turf), Sports Turf Management or related area;
  • Current Class C driver's licence;
  • Experience and knowledge of high-standard sporting field preparation and other areas including common reserves and landscaping;
  • Chemical Application Accreditation AQF3 or equivalent;

Desirable qualifications include experience in maintenance and preparation of sand profile sports fields, turf wickets, softball and baseball diamonds, as well as current Class MR driver's licence and Chemical Application Accreditation AQF4 or equivalent.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, be proactive, and able to work flexible hours within a team environment.
