Facilities Operations Manager
About the Role:This position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of a large facility. The successful candidate will have experience in managing maintenance teams and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment.
The role involves inspecting, planning, and executing major repairs and rebuilds, as well as dealing with mechanical failures on site. Additionally, the Facilities Operations Manager will be responsible for supervising maintenance activities in the plant yard and assisting in training junior staff members.
The ideal candidate will possess a trade qualification and at least 4 years of experience in pipeline machinery maintenance. A strong understanding of multiple trades and excellent problem-solving skills are also essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspecting and planning major repairs and rebuilds
