Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality operational guidance to support cleaning, grounds and facilities operations.
- Implement evidence-based strategies to enhance health, safety and wellbeing outcomes for staff.
- Provide expert advice on equipment, chemicals and consumable items, and facilitate training programs for staff.
- Maintain accurate records of site measurements, including new facilities and remeasured sites as required.
- Effective leadership and collaboration skills with ability to participate in teams to develop innovative solutions.
- High-level advisory expertise, providing strategic guidance to senior executives on infrastructure services.
- Experience in project teams, developing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing policies and procedures.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and provide guidance on safe work practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to develop audit programs and monitor compliance with departmental requirements.
