Leadership Role Overview:

The ideal leader will oversee an in-store team towards exceptional performance, work with high-quality products, and deliver unparalleled customer experiences.

About the Opportunity:

A dynamic leadership position has become available to contribute to the ongoing success of our store. Motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing memorable customer service, you will play a pivotal role in our team.

In this capacity, you will lead with a strong focus on people, interacting and communicating effectively with customers, providing them with expert advice on our products, maintaining high standards of store presentation and handling any challenging situations.

You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and maximising growth opportunities through coaching and developing the team. Managing marketing strategies for the store, you will ensure promotions have been implemented, stock levels are maintained, and goals are aligned.
