About the Role

We are seeking an experienced retail professional to lead our store operations in Canberra. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small team of sales assistants and visual merchandisers to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage store stock levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Develop and implement visually appealing store displays and window presentations to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar retail leadership role, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.
