Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Use initiative to answer questions confidently and offer product recommendations
  • Communicate clearly and enthusiastically with colleagues and customers
  • Be flexible and willing to help out during various shifts
  • Assist with sales, visual merchandising, and store operations as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior retail experience is highly regarded but not essential
  • Ability to work part-time hours (approx. 6 hours per week)
  • Clear and upbeat communication skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
