Front Office Assistant
The Lower Limb Clinic is seeking a skilled and friendly front office assistant to manage day-to-day operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to patient inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and providing clear communication.
- Maintain accurate records, including patient information, appointment schedules and billing details.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying and filing.
- Coordinate appointments, manage calendars and ensure seamless communication between patients, doctors and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction through effective communication and care.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
