Front Office Assistant

The Lower Limb Clinic is seeking a skilled and friendly front office assistant to manage day-to-day operations.

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to patient inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and providing clear communication.
  2. Maintain accurate records, including patient information, appointment schedules and billing details.
  3. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying and filing.
  4. Coordinate appointments, manage calendars and ensure seamless communication between patients, doctors and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction through effective communication and care.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
