Job Title: Client Care Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to provide exceptional service to our clients, helping them manage their hearing health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming clients and ensuring their experience is optimal
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments for our clients
  • Providing administrative support to clinicians
  • Efficiently managing clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Managing the clinic phone line and email inbox
  • Billing clients correctly and processing payments
  • Learning and effectively using software applications
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or administration
  • A passion for delivering excellent client experiences
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and energy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
  • Focus on results and optimal outcomes
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • An interest in learning about hearing aid features and maintenance
