Key Responsibilities:- Welcoming clients and ensuring their experience is optimal

- Providing administrative support to clinicians
- Efficiently managing clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Managing the clinic phone line and email inbox
- Billing clients correctly and processing payments
- Learning and effectively using software applications
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles or administration
- A passion for delivering excellent client experiences
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Resilience, self-motivation, and energy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Focus on results and optimal outcomes
- Intermediate computer skills
- An interest in learning about hearing aid features and maintenance
