Job Description:

We are seeking a UI/UX designer to enhance the online learning experience. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in improving navigation, engagement, and learning outcomes through the implementation of UI/UX best practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement UI Improvements: Enhance the interface by focusing on usability, accessibility, and engagement across various devices.
  • Drive UX Excellence: Conduct research, develop personas, and create wireframes to guide the design process and improve student learning outcomes.
  • Create and Manage Digital Assets: Design components, icons, and templates that align with University branding and ensure consistency across courses.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver effective design solutions and propose innovative ideas.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and responsive web design techniques.
  • Experience working with learning management systems or in educational technology settings.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
