**UI Design Lead**

The role will be working with a leading Strategic Design Agency on a long term project within a number of different industries.

We are looking for someone who is experienced in presenting design concepts, rationale, and solutions in a clear and compelling manner to gain buy-in from cross-functional teams within the business and outside clients. A hi level of communication skills is needed to effectively collaborate with diverse teams including product managers, architects, developers, and other stakeholders is essential.

**Key accountabilities**
- Creation of high-fidelity customer and internal facing products including
- Designing experiences for Websites, Apps, SaaS and other Fintech systems.
- Leading workshops with stakeholders and clients.
- Wireframing and creation of interactive prototypes (Figma)

**Experience**
- Experience working in a Lead design role.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills, having coached design and client teams in best practices, accessibility, and design methodologies
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and leading design decisions

A huge bonus would be experience in Accessibility and Design Systems. Someone who can showcase create, maintain, and evolve a Design Systems in Figma would be welcomed.
