Support Worker Needed for Morning Routine

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced support worker to assist an individual with their morning routine.

This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of someone with a disability, providing personal care and support during morning shifts from 6:00am to 10:00am.

  • About the Role
  • This client requires a support worker who can provide person-centered support and understanding of the disability sector.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with compassion and empathy, assisting individuals to achieve independence, empowerment, and inclusion in society.
Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care Support
  • Daily Activities Assistance

Requirements:

  • A Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or be a second-year Nursing student.
  • At least six months of recent experience in the Aged Care or Disability sector.
  • A Valid Australian Driver's License, Reliable Vehicle, and current Car Insurance.
  • NDIS Workers Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations or medical contraindication certificate.
