Job Overview

As a Principal Utilities Portfolio Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth of our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects within the utilities sector, including transmission, substation, and distribution projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the utilities sector, particularly in project management roles. They will possess a proven track record of team leadership and talent acquisition, as well as deep expertise in commercial consulting within the transmission and distribution (T&D) utility industry.

  • Project Management:
    • Lead and oversee a portfolio of transmission, substation, and distribution projects for public and investor-owned utilities.
    • Manage large-scale programs, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations are met.
  • Stakeholder & Resource Management:
    • Serve as the primary client interface, reporting on project progress, costs, schedules, and risks.
    • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among clients, project teams, subcontractors, and internal support teams.
  • Strategic Growth & Leadership:
    • Provide input and influence the strategic growth of the organization.
    • Help shape the culture of a dynamic team across the service territory.
