Water Utility Transformation Leader

A Water Utility Transformation Leader is required to oversee the development and implementation of preventative measures for water network operations.
- Developing and delivering integrated activity planning processes to prevent service risk and excursions.
- Improving and delivering intervention planning processes to manage operations and service risk.
The successful candidate will lead and direct a team to achieve performance, improvement, and transformation of function, process, and team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Growing motivation and setting expectations for people and process performance.
- Nurturing willingness to change and perform to deliver prevention standards.
- Utilizing existing knowledge and developing new thinking and knowledge to prevent service risk.
- Relevant degree qualification in engineering, business, finance or related field.
- Experience in data science, Lean, six sigma, TQM or production management.
- Demonstrated experience in complex team/functional transformation and continuous improvement.
- Opportunity to be part of legacy building change in liveability of SEQ through water and waste management.
- Investment in training and development of role.
- Strong technical understanding of operating a water utility and associated regulatory obligations.
- Superior stakeholder management with strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
