Workers Compensation Case Specialist

This role involves the management of workers' compensation claims, ensuring that employees receive fair and timely compensation for their injuries.
- Claims Management:
- In line with scheduled fees and awards, process claims and payments.
- Manage injury cases and approve payments. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Assess liability for new and ongoing claims, issuing relevant notices and correspondence.
- Coordinate return-to-work plans, medical examinations, and investigations.
- Refer claimants to rehabilitation services.
- Provide exceptional service and respond to general queries.
- Proven experience in WA workers compensation claims management.
- Solid understanding of general insurance claims processes.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong client-first mindset with a commitment to stakeholder satisfaction.
