We're working with a leading global insurer that's growing its Workers' Compensation division, creating exciting opportunities for experienced Case / Claims Managers to join their expanding team.

The role :

Manage an end-to-end portfolio of workers compensation claims
Oversee the entire claims process, from initial liability assessment through to return to work
Work closely with internal leaders to share insights, contribute to reporting, and support team strategy
Provide genuine support to injured workers while driving positive, sustainable return-to-work outcomes

What we're looking for :

Solid background in workers compensation or personal injury claims management, either end-to-end or front-end
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust across a range of stakeholders
A passion to help clients during a challenging time and support them on their road to recovery
