Commercial Contracts Specialist

The successful candidate will administer contracts, negotiate variations and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
About the Position:- This is a mid-senior level position requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract administration, negotiation of contract variations and ensuring contractual compliance.
- Managing relationships with suppliers, clients and internal stakeholders to deliver projects within timeframe.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in contract administration, preferably in commercial construction.
- Degree in a related field such as law, business or engineering.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative team player with strong relationship building skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Working Environment:
Successful candidates will be working on a range of projects across various sectors including health, education, science and laboratories, commercial offices and hotels.
