About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team as a Clinical Talent Pool Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and rapidly evolving healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services to clients at Ipswich Hospital, working within a multidisciplinary framework.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practice, under the guidance of senior pharmacists, to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, review, and maintenance of internal systems, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy team and broader multidisciplinary team to achieve shared objectives.
  • Participate in the provision of patient care within a healthcare facility, utilizing high-level written and oral communication skills.
Requirements
  • Pharmacy tertiary degree recognized by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, conferring eligibility for registration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary clinical pharmacy practice and hospital pharmacy service delivery and medication management.
  • Ability to demonstrate honesty, integrity, and respect for all patients, carers, and staff.
