The RoleWe're seeking a skilled pharmacist to join our team and take charge of dispensing medicines to patients in accordance with prescriber's intentions. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you'll provide advice and support to patients, collaborate with the dispensary team, and maintain a safe and efficient dispensing service.
You'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and safety of medication dispensing, identifying and addressing issues, and providing constructive feedback to team members. You'll also lead and guide pharmacy assistants and technicians in meeting team goals and site performance expectations.
About YouWe're looking for a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. You'll have a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree, current AHPRA registration, and substantial clinical experience. Experience in online or telehealth settings is highly desirable.
You'll be empathetic towards our diverse patient base, committed to enhancing patient outcomes through quality and safety, and highly skilled in clinical pharmacy. You'll also be able to manage significant responsibilities with autonomy, ensuring consistent and dependable performance.
