Senior Payroll Professional

This is a standalone role requiring an experienced payroll professional to oversee end-to-end payroll processing for the company across ANZ, while liaising with an offshore team.

The ideal candidate will have a stable work history, full Australian payroll experience (5+ years), and excellent communication skills. They should be able to drive and oversee payroll processing, reporting, admin, compliance, legislation, payroll accounting, and PAYG for circa 1000 employees.

Responsibilities include responding to payroll-related queries and participating in ad hoc projects and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service ethos and preferably experience working in a multi-site sector such as retail or hospitality.
