Senior Compensation Specialist

Our team is seeking a highly skilled compensation professional to join our APAC Total Rewards organization in Singapore.

We are looking for an individual with strong analytical and communication skills, who can collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to design, implement, and communicate employee benefits programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the annual compensation cycle by conducting market benchmarking, job evaluations, and pay equity analysis.
  • Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to provide compensation guidance on offers, promotions, and mobility.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track compensation and benefits metrics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, accounting, data analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, human resources, finance, or data analytics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Workday HCM, particularly with the Advanced Compensation module.
