About the role

This pivotal position is accountable for resourcing, coordinating, and executing complex design solutions that directly contribute to the annual revenue and profit targets of the Regional Contracting business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical excellence, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring high-performing design teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous development.
  • Driving the delivery of innovative, compliant, and cost-effective design solutions across multiple high-voltage D&C bids and projects.
  • Managing design resources and performance, ensuring alignment with business plans, budgets, and strategic objectives.
