About the Position

This pivotal role involves leading the delivery of high-quality engineering services across multiple projects in high-voltage electricity.

The position is accountable for resourcing, coordinating, and executing complex design solutions that contribute to business revenue and profit targets.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical excellence, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading and mentoring high-performing design teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous development.
  • Driving the delivery of innovative, compliant, and cost-effective design solutions.
  • Managing design resources and performance, ensuring alignment with business plans, budgets, and strategic objectives.
  • Developing compelling technical proposals and tender designs.
  • Collaborating with procurement and estimating teams.
  • Championing safety in design and risk management.
  • Maintaining rigorous design governance.
  • Representing the company in industry forums and events.
