This role is ideal for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency in our back-of-house operations.

The Role:

As a Kitchen Steward, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas of the kitchen are clean, organized, and ready for service. This includes operating commercial dishwashers and kitchen equipment, organizing and manually cleaning kitchen equipment, polishing surfaces, and storing utensils and cookware. You will also be responsible for clearing rubbish bins and removing waste from floors and work surfaces to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational and communication skills. You must be able to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities while working collaboratively as part of a team. Relevant experience in a similar environment is highly desirable.
