Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Kitchen Logistics Team Member in our Culinary department.

This position plays a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bulk washing of cutlery, crockery, and equipment;
  • Maintenance of kitchen and dishwasher areas' cleanliness and sanitation;
  • Cleaning and sanitizing food storage areas, cool rooms, freezers, ovens, and other equipment;
  • Safe removal and recycling of kitchen waste;
  • Safe transportation of clearing stations around kitchen and service areas;
  • Operating the large-scale flight dishwasher and ensuring its proper function at all times;
  • Completion of cleaning schedules as instructed by supervisors.
