About The Role
This role is an integral part of the People & Culture team, responsible for partnering with directors to sustain collaborative relationships and provide timely advice.

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on building manager capability and protecting the workplace culture.

  • Partnering with managers to build their capability providing timely HR advice and training across the employee lifecycle such as workforce management and planning, performance management, employee relations, change management and strategic recruitment
  • Interpreting enterprise agreement provisions, drawing upon relevant industrial instruments, legislation, policies and procedures to respond to and help resolve enquiries
  • Maintaining a positive workplace culture and staff experience through coaching, mental health first aid and family violence workplace support, the application of alternative dispute resolution methodologies and wellbeing initiatives
Required Skills And Qualifications
You will be an experienced HR generalist, with demonstrated experience in internal consulting and providing strategic day-to-day HRM advice. You will also have strong skills in employee relations, particularly in building performance, coaching leaders, case managing underperformance and disciplinary matters, resolving disputes and conducting investigations. Additionally, you will have experience working with complex enterprise agreements and navigating high-volume queries. Benefits
