Job Summary

This role is a high-level position responsible for leading the development and maintenance of an organization's data capability.

  • The Data Capability Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to build data solutions that are aligned with strategic priorities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, data modeling, and data analysis. They will also possess expertise in database technologies such as BigQuery, Dataflow, and Cloud Storage.

The ideal candidate will be able to drive adoption of new data tools and technologies, shape the data capability roadmap, and ensure delivery of high-quality, governed, and scalable data solutions.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience in data engineering, data modeling, and data analysis
  • Strong proficiency in DBT and GCP technologies (BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, etc.)
  • Experience with SQL, Python, and other scripting languages
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with diligence
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
