About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Director to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the APAC region. This key leadership position will oversee the development of strategies to maximize sales, foster executive-level relationships, and exceed sales quotas.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet profit goals within assigned accounts, territory, or region.
  2. Customer Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various industries, focusing on strategic partnerships.
  3. Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics, ensuring exceptional business outcomes.
  4. Prospecting Activities: Conduct direct prospecting activities to target high-value enterprises, leveraging personal networks and marketing-generated leads.
  5. Pipeline Development: Build a robust pipeline of deals through collaborative efforts with partners and internal teams.
  6. Partnership Building: Foster alliances with target companies to promote Actian products and services.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience in data management sales and/or account management.
  • Demonstrable success in high-tech enterprise software sales, including inside and outside sales.
  • Proven ability to engage and negotiate at CXO level in targeted markets.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS, Cloud, Analytics, Database, Data Governance, and ETL technologies.
  • Understanding of recent Cloud trends and key vendor products.
