Centre Manager Job Description
About Aligned Leisure: Aligned Leisure is a subsidiary of the Richmond Football Club, operating various leisure facilities throughout Victoria and New South Wales. We are committed to developing our people in a supportive environment, focusing on culture, community, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of Casey RACE, ensuring the safety and experience of staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Centre Management and Operation of Casey RACE
• Coordinate with the Manager Facilities Safety and Environment to formulate Duty Manager and Lifeguard rosters
• Point of contact for staff working within the facility
• Managing Staff day to day operations
• Conduct regular internal and external facility walkthroughs
• Provide monthly reports to the Manager Facilities Safety and Environment on facility performance
• Ensure the facility opens on time and programs start on time
• Outstanding service delivery to all customers and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service
• Ability to provide coaching and mentoring to others
• Relentless in their approach to delivering exceptional service
• Engaging and outgoing
• Conflict resolution skills
• Decision making skills
• High level communication and consultation skills
