Business Development Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to work with our Sales Lead and Marketing Lead Manager to implement a best practice prospect management system. You will be responsible for executing the annual acquisition plan, managing prospect data, and undertaking outbound telemarketing. The successful candidate will also pursue new membership and swim school sales opportunities and support referral campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the Member Success Pathway, focusing on new members and swim lesson families
* Provide ongoing personal communication with first-year and at-risk members
* Contribute to the direct service component by conducting facility tours and onboarding members and families
* Assist the frontline service for all facility programs and services
* Proactively address customer enquiries and provide suitable outcomes
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on individual needs
Requirements
* 2 years of experience in delivering exceptional customer service
* Current First Aid and CPR certificate
* Working with Children's Check
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum
