We are seeking a highly skilled Swim Teacher to join our team. As an Aquatic Education Specialist, you will deliver safe, productive, innovative and exceptional swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the Swim and Survive program, industry developments and OH&S guidelines applicable to the facility. They will display excellent communication and engagement skills, ensuring students receive an outstanding program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-calibre swim teaching
  • Manage daily swim school operations
  • Provide outstanding service delivery to customers and stakeholders

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety
  • CPR Certificate (HLTAID011)
  • Working with Children Check

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
